Search engines & writing for scitech students
Two quickies for a Friday afternoon:
- As noted on O'Reilly Radar, it seems that Danny Sullivan of Search Engine Watch fame has left that fine site to help found a new one, Search Engine Land. That site will offically open on December 11 and will have a variety of blog, newsletter and feed options that you can learn more about here. Sullivan summarizes his decade of search engine watching here.
- Via today's Scout Report, a great little resource for students, Writing Guidelines for Engineering and Science Students. It has models, advice and exercises for a wide variety of document types: presentations, illustrations, memos, letters, resumes, lab reports, design reports, theses, dissertations and journal articles.
