IEEE Trans on Education: Special issue on plagiarism

The latest issue of the IEEE Transactions on Education (v51i2) has a special section on plagiarism. A bunch of the articles look very interesting, both to scitech faculty and to librarians looking to collaborate with those faculty. I haven't read the articles in detail yet, so I'm not sure if librar* are mentioned in any of them.

I'm reminded of certain inclinations I have to re-think assumptions and definitions. Especially since it's the summer Program Committee season, and I've seen a number of plagiarized manuscripts in the last few months....

Bill, thanks for the comment. And the post you link to is great. I (and all my colleagues) appreciate it when profs encourage their students to go to the library. Have you considered getting your friendly, neighbourhood librarian into your class for a session?
